25 Principle Moments: The Year That Shaped Us
2025 has been a year to remember. From big milestones to everyday wins, our 25 Principle Moments campaign celebrates the moments that made this year special and the people who made them all happen.
This is our way of saying thank you to the Principle team, our clients, and the communities we serve. Without your energy, trust, and collaboration, none of this would have been possible.
New London Office and Hitting 100 Employees
We started the year with a bang by opening our new London office. It is more than an office space; it is a place where we connect, collaborate, and grow with our clients and communities. Soon after, we welcomed our 100th team member. Reaching triple digits was a moment to pause and acknowledge at the talent, energy, and personalities that make Principle such a consistently great place to work.
Full-Circle Moments
Our portfolio continued to grow with new properties including Charlesworth House, Ovington Court, Hope House, and Empire and Damney. A particularly special Principle Moment was the acquisition of Pennycuick Collins’ lettings and block management portfolio. For Brett Williams, our joint Managing Director who worked there early in his career, it was a full-circle moment. For the business, it marked a milestone that reflected a year of growth and ambition realised.
Celebrating the People Behind It All
One of the highlights of 2025 has been celebrating our people. At the Staff Conference, we came together to recognise colleagues whose creativity, dedication, and personality make Principle what it is. These awards were about more than results; they were about the energy and character that bring our teams to life.
The recognition didn’t stop there. This year, we were named Large Managing Agent of the Year at the ACE Awards, shortlisted as finalists for London and Regional Property Management Company of the Year, and saw three of our team featured in the Property Management 50. With further honours at the Doyenne Awards, 2025 has been a year full of achievements worth celebrating.
Principles Culture
Our people make Principle what it is. Eighteen Promotions, professional milestones, and new roles gave colleagues the chance to grow this year. Polly Dyer’s MRICS achievement was a standout moment, showing what dedication looks like in action.
And it is not all work. From our Summer Party to running the London Marathon, we have shared moments together that remind us why real culture matters. Cheering each other on, laughing, and enjoying the journey is just as important as hitting targets.
Making a Difference
We have also stayed connected to the wider industry, from sponsorships to recruitment initiatives and attending The Property Institute 2025 Annual Conference. Engaging with the sector keeps us learning, leading, and shaping the future of property management.
By the end of the year, we are managing 25,000 units nationwide. This milestone is more than a number; it reflects the trust our clients place in us, the communities we serve, and the teamwork that makes it all possible.
Looking Ahead
We’re excited about what lies ahead, with new developments, fresh initiatives, and more opportunities to create lasting value in our sector.
Next year, we will be prioritising:
Continuing to grow our residential lettings management service
Building on our milestone of 25,000 managed units
Finding meaningful ways to positively impact the communities we support
Here’s what Joint Managing Directors Joe Jobson, and Brett Williams have to say about our 2026 plans:
“As we move into 2026, we’re excited about what’s ahead. We’ll continue to focus on steady, sustainable growth as we deliver on our three-year plan, making investments in our people, processes, and technology. Above all, we’ll remain committed to what matters most: providing reliable, responsive, and personal service to every client and community we support with our vision in mind at all times.”
We are grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey, and we are excited for what lies ahead in 2026.
