Welcoming our new Integrations Property Manager, Jade Hammond

We're pleased to welcome Jade Hammond to the team as our new Integrations Property Manager. 

This role bridges the gap between integration and property management, ensuring that newly onboarded properties have a seamless transition from new business through to integration and into live management. 

Jade brings eight years of property management experience to Principle, having started as a property assistant and worked her way up to property manager. Throughout her career, she's built up extensive London-based experience working with both developers and Resident Management Companies (RMCs). 

Getting stuck in from day one 

Based in our London office, Jade is already making her mark. She's working closely with Jack Swann and James Neale, our Senior New Business Development Managers, on everything from site inspections to reviewing documentation and suggesting improvements to our onboarding process. 

"I'm looking forward to coming in and providing a fresh perspective on the onboarding process, making this as smooth as possible for clients and residents," Jade says. 

Life outside work 

When she's not at work, Jade's free time revolves around her son. She also enjoys keeping fit at the gym and finding time for meditation.
