We won Managing Agent of the Year at the ACE Awards 2025!
We are absolutely delighted to have been awarded Managing Agent of the Year (15,000+ units) at The Property Institute's ACE Awards on Friday 20th June.
The award, presented by The Property Institute—our professional body for property management—recognises excellence in our sector.

The award reflects not only our achievements but also our commitment to raising standards across the profession. To win in our category, we had to demonstrate excellence across seven key criteria. Our submission showcased our core values and strategic vision, which guides everything we do—from proposals and service delivery to staff recognition. Alongside this, we shared our commitment to operational excellence and value for money through our recent operational reviews across the business.
We highlighted our focus on client needs and resident experience through testimonials and improvements in our enquiry management metrics, where we have invested in technology to make it easier for residents to communicate with us. We shared details of The Principle Promise, our 100-day action plan for new schemes, which demonstrates proactive leaseholder communication, and how our team went above and beyond the requirements for The Building Safety Act.
Our people are core to our business and we invest heavily in regulatory expertise through events, training, qualifications and personal development plans, so we are very pleased to have this recognised by TPI, which runs so many of the events and the key qualifications that help our team remain knowledgeable about regulations, technology, and best practices within our sector.
