Going paperless simply means receiving your correspondence from us by email rather than in the post. This is a simple way to reduce the amount of paper used, help us reduce the impact on our environment, and have a digital record of your correspondence all in one place.

Simply complete this short form and our team will update your details and your preferences. You will receive a confirmation email once we have updated your details. By giving us your email address, you agree for all future eligible correspondence to be sent by email and you will no longer receive these by post. You will also then have access to our customer portal to manage your property online.

Yes, we are required by legislation to print and post some legal notices, such as correspondence regarding major works. It is, therefore, important to ensure your correspondence address is always up to date.

Once you have provided us with your email address and you have received confirmation from our team, you will be able to register for the portal:

• Click the ‘Your Portal’ button at the top of our website

• Click ‘Registration and Forgotten Password’

• Fill in your Customer Reference and User Name (these are the same)

• Fill in your email address - this must be the same one held on our system

• Click Register and you will then receive an email with a password to login

• Once logged in, you can change your password and start using your portal
