Vacancy: Lettings Valuer and Business Growth Manager

With an established managed portfolio of over 550 properties, we are now entering an exciting phase of growth with a clear objective to significantly expand our market share across Birmingham, the surrounding areas and beyond. We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven property professional to play a key role in achieving this growth. You’ll be responsible for winning new managed instructions, nurturing landlord relationships, overseeing re-let opportunities, let only instructions and driving the growth of the managed portfolio.

This is not a standard lettings valuer role. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new landlord instructions, conducting market appraisals, converting valuation opportunities, developing landlord relationships and supporting the growth and retention of our managed portfolio.

This role would suit an experienced Lettings Valuer, Senior Negotiator, Lettings Manager or Business Development Manager looking for greater responsibility and earning potential.

Salary: £33,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Quarterly Growth Bonus (OTE: £45,000 - £55,000+)

Location: Birmingham

Working Hours: 9.00am-5.30pm Monday-Friday

Vacancy: Senior Property Manager/Property Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced property manager to take ownership of a portfolio of residential developments located throughout England and Wales. Working as part of the Property Management team, you will lead the delivery of high-quality management services to properties within your portfolio, ensuring professional management and excellent customer service is delivered to both clients and customers. We are looking for an individual with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the confidence, initiative and enthusiasm to manage a senior client base to the very best standards.

Salary: £40-50,000 depending on experience
