  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Charge Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will work as part of our finance team to provide high-quality financial management services to properties within our portfolio, ensuring professional management and excellent customer service is delivered to both clients and customers. You will oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring accurate budgeting, the production of year end accounts, financial reporting, and compliance with regulations.     Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

  • Our team is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated remote Property Manager to take charge of a portfolio of residential properties across the South Coast and London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking for the flexibility to work remotely while being part of a supportive and forward-thinking company with exciting growth plans and opportunities. Working 1:1 with a Property Assistant and supported by a team of Property Inspectors, you will be responsible for a portfolio of properties mainly around the South of England with access to either our Birmingham or London office if required.

    We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual with a passion for property management and delivering exceptional customer service. You will thrive in a remote working environment, confident in your ability to manage your time effectively and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues from different teams.

    Job Title: Property Manager
    Salary: £40,000–£45,000
    Location: Remote (South portfolio)
    Working Hours: Full time, 9.00–17.30 Monday–Friday
