Vacancy: Property Inspector - London & South
This is a remote role with access to our London or Birmingham offices. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring the properties we manage are up to date with repairs, maintenance and compliance. Property Inspectors are responsible for conducting the routine service inspection assessments across our portfolio at a set frequency agreed with our client as part of our contractual obligations. The primary goal of this role is to assess the condition of properties, identify maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Property Inspectors play an important role in assessing the quality of services delivered on site, liaising with Property Managers to anticipate and follow up on maintenance issues, and auditing property management activities across developments to ensure full compliance with established best practice and statutory requirements.
Salary: £29-35k inc car allowance
Location: Remote covering London and the South
Working Hours: 9.00am-5.30pm Monday-Friday
