Welcoming Lisa-Marie Bradnock as Associate Director

We're delighted to welcome Lisa-Marie Bradnock to our London office as Associate Director. Lisa-Marie brings with her over 12 years of residential property management experience, having started her career in retail management on Oxford Street before transitioning into property management in 2012.

Throughout her career, Lisa-Marie has worked across both social housing and national managing agents, overseeing developments of all sizes and managing diverse teams. Her extensive experience includes working closely with developers and various Residents' Management Companies (RMCs), giving her deep insight into the London property market.

In her new role at Principle, Lisa-Marie will be stepping in to oversee London operations, helping to drive our growing presence in the capital. Her wealth of experience will support our commitment to delivering excellent customer service while leading and developing our London team.

Lisa-Marie was particularly drawn to Principle's fresh approach and commitment to innovation. "What attracted me to Principle is that they're questioning how we can do things differently," she explained. "We're focused on delivering a fantastic service while ensuring our staff and team are properly equipped and supported. I'm excited about working with these beautiful buildings in London - they really are jewels in the portfolio."

With her enthusiasm and experience, Lisa-Marie is ready to help grow Principle's presence in London, bringing her deep knowledge of the local property market and passion for exceptional service delivery.

Outside of work, Lisa-Marie is an avid sports fan who enjoys watching football and tennis. She's also passionate about fitness, participating in Fight Klub and running. Her impressive athletic achievements include completing three marathons and one ultramarathon - and she's always contemplating her next race!
