We've been appointed to manage Porchester Gate, a prestigious residential building with nearly a century of history overlooking Hyde Park in Bayswater.
Built almost 100 years ago, this 18-metre-high mansion block comprises 75 apartments valued between £1 million and £5 million, occupying a prime position on the north side of Hyde Park. The building holds unique historical significance, having housed the Czechoslovak government-in-exile during the Second World War—a legacy commemorated by a plaque on the property.
The board of directors at Porchester Gate sought a management partner who could provide continuity, expertise, and trusted leadership for this large, historic, RMC-led building.
