We’re RESI Award finalists for Property Manager of the Year

Principle has been shortlisted for Property Manager of the Year at the 15th annual RESI Awards, and it's recognition that means a great deal to us. 

The award shines a spotlight on property managers who go above and beyond, recognising excellence in health and safety, a strong maintenance and repair record, and a genuinely hands-on approach to customer and tenant relations. In short, it rewards the things we care about most. 

The Property Week RESI Awards is one of the highlights of the residential property sector, celebrating innovation, excellence and leadership. It brings together the best developers, investors, operators, service providers and standout projects from across the sector. 

We'll find out if we've taken home the trophy on 6th May at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. Watch this space!
