Principle turns 8

This month, the number eight means a lot to us. As well as celebrating eight chartered surveyors on the team, Principle has just turned eight years old!

What started as our founders Brett Williams and Joe Jobson in a small office with borrowed furniture has grown into a business of over 100 people, managing more than 25,000 homes and 600+ rented units across Birmingham, London and Manchester and three successful acquisitions
