It's been a fantastic year of growth at Principle, reaching 25000 homes under management, 100 employees and a 34% increase in turnover. We’re really proud of the work our team have been doing with The Principle Promise, implementing continous operational improvements and onboarding landmark developments.

The Property Management Awards from News on the Block recognise outstanding achievement and innovation within residential property management, spotlighting some of the most dynamic and successful companies and individuals across the sector. This year’s awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 20th November 2025 at City Central at the HAC, London.
