Portfolio update: 300 new homes in March 2026

We’ve brought 300 homes into management in March 2026, adding to a portfolio that spans residential blocks, mixed-use schemes, heritage buildings, open spaces and new build housing estates across the UK.

The new instructions include:

  • An open space scheme for a national housing association

  • A block in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter

  • A 150-unit residential scheme

  • The Halcyon, an apartment scheme in the former Bradford and Bingley banking group building (pictured below)

The Halcyon is the former Bradford and Bingley HQ, which has being converted to 142 luxury apartments, and includes a gym, bar and serviced offices. We're working with Joseph Mews and Sekhon Group on this development and we're delighted to add The Halcyon to our portfolio of landmark properties across the country.

We’re delighted to welcome these properties to our varied portfolio, reflecting the breadth of expertise Principle brings to schemes beyond the traditional residential block.
