Introducing our new Head of Residential Asset Management

Following our announcement about our acquisition of the lettings and block management portfolio of Pennycuick Collins, we’re delighted to have Lucy Roberts on board as our new Head of Residential Asset Management. Lucy brings with her over 20 years of experience in lettings at Pennycuick Collins, where she held a senior leadership role.

Lucy and her experienced team of five manage a diverse portfolio across the West Midlands, covering areas such as Sutton Coldfield, Kings Heath, Shirley, and Solihull. The lettings portfolio includes city centre apartment complexes, a major student accommodation development in Birmingham, and properties for a wide range of clients. This includes properties from individual landlords and family investment trusts to portfolio clients with over 100 units.

Under Lucy's leadership, our clients will benefit from a more comprehensive and tailored lettings service. Her team offers fully managed services covering everything from finding tenants and referencing to rent collection and property maintenance, with Principle's commitment to exceptional and bespoke services at the forefront of their approach.
