Double celebration for Principle as awards season delivers twice in a week

It's been a memorable week with the team picking up not one but two industry accolades two days in a row. 

Insider Media Midlands Residential Property Awards win 

Principle was named Residential Property Managing Agent of the Year at the Insider Media Midlands Residential Property Awards, held in Birmingham - the very city where the business was founded. The win recognises the company's continued growth and the consistently high standard of service delivered to residents and clients across the region. 

Highly commended at the 2026 ACE Awards 

One day later, Principle was highly commended in the Managing Agent of the Year (20,000+ units) category at the 2026 ACE Awards, run by The Property Institute. The recognition is particularly meaningful as it comes from Principle's own professional body, with the category judged against the standards set by the wider industry. Principle won this same category outright the previous year, making this latest commendation a strong reflection of the consistency behind the team's work.

Commenting on the back-to-back recognition, Property Director Patrick Ward said:
