Celebrating four promotions across our finance, customer service and operations teams

Dan Lannon, Jodie Bentley, Esme Williams and Ben Winstanley are stepping into new roles in finance, customer service and operations. Each promotion recognises what they’ve achieved so far and the part they’ll play as the business continues to grow. Find out more about their career journeys:

Dan Lannon – Associate Director, Finance
Dan was one of Principle’s early recruits. In more than seven years with us, he has built extensive knowledge across our finance functions, processes and systems.

His promotion recognises that experience. As Associate Director – Finance, he will play a bigger role in bringing our finance teams together and strengthening the function.

It’s great to see someone who joined us early on now stepping into a senior leadership role.

Jodie Bentley – Associate Director, Customer Service

Jodie has been with Principle for more than six years and has a strong track record of managing and developing people. She brings strong people management, high standards and a real ability to get the best out of those around her.

In her new role she’ll focus on making our customer service more consistent and on developing our Property Assistant team, so they have the skills, support and leadership to deliver a great service.

Esme Williams – Operations Director

Esme’s promotion is a great example of what can happen when ambition meets opportunity. Her work ethic, energy and enthusiasm are obvious to anyone who has worked with her. She gets stuck in, challenges how we do things and is always looking for ways we can work better.

As Operations Director, she has a much wider remit across operations, systems, performance and change, so there will be plenty for her to get stuck into. It’s a big step, and exactly the sort of opportunity that growth should create for people who have shown the ambition and ability to take it.

Ben Winstanley – Junior Operations Manager

The number and scale of projects across Principle keeps growing, and that means we need more capacity and capability within Operations.

Ben’s promotion to Junior Operations Manager gives us that extra support. It also gives him the chance to build his experience and take on more responsibility.

These promotions come at an important time for Principle. We have ambitious plans to double in size over the next three years. Our Manchester and South Coast offices are extending our reach into new regions, and we are expanding our commercial offering alongside our residential property management services.

As Principle grows, we want that growth to create real opportunities for people who have shown the ambition and ability to take them on.

Congratulations to Dan, Jodie, Esme and Ben on their new roles.
