Rent is the lifeblood of a commercial investment, so we make sure it arrives on time. We issue rent, service charge and insurance demands on the usual quarter days, keep an accurate ledger for every tenant and follow up on arrears quickly and professionally.

Rent is held in protected client accounts and paid across to you promptly, with a clear statement showing what has been collected and what is outstanding. If a tenant falls behind, we will talk to you about the options early, before a small problem becomes a costly one.

We have a dedicated Property Inspection team who will visit your development regularly to carry out a full inspection. Inspections are completed through our bespoke Site Survey app and any items requiring review are raised in real time on our property management system for maximum efficiency.
