Principle recruits experienced property manager to help grow south portfolio

Principle Estate Management has recruited a senior property manager to help the company’s expansion into the south of England.

Molly Wheeler joins Principle from Remus, where she worked for nearly three years as a property manager and more recently as a senior estates manager.

Ms Wheeler, a qualified member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and a Certified Practitioner at the Chartered Institute of Housing (CertCIH), had also previously worked as a property manager with GH Property Management Ltd.

Polly Dyer, property director at Principle, explained that Ms Wheeler would now be working closely with new  senior business development manager Jack Swann as the company continues to build its portfolio in the south and London.

Ms Dyer said: “We were very impressed with Molly at interview and felt she was the perfect candidate to help support our expansion in the south of England.

“Molly demonstrated her skills well at Remus where she managed that company’s largest southern developments which comprised of more than 4,000 units across two schemes.

“She has attained respected qualifications in the residential property sector and we feel certain she will help to bolster our ongoing drive to grow in the south.”

Before entering the property sector, Ms Wheeler worked for six years as a patient services co-ordinator for Nuffield Health. A keen swimmer, she also spent more than two years working as a lifeguard.

Ms Wheeler said: “Principle Estate Management is exactly the kind of firm that I was looking for to fully develop my career, and I am thrilled to be joining them.

“I know from researching the company that Principle has developed a strong reputation for quality customer service and I’m looking forward to being a part of that.

“I’m especially excited at their plans to continue expanding in the south, and this is where I feel confident that I can make some valuable contributions.”

Principle already has more than 12,000 units in management at around 350 developments across the UK, and the company is now expecting a further 4,000 units to go live before the end of September 2024.
