Principle recruits experienced business development manager as expansion continues

Principle Estate Management has recruited a senior business development manager with more than 12 years’ experience as the company continues its expansion into London and the south of England.

Jack Swann joins Principle from the Alexander Faulkner Partnership, where he has worked as a senior new business account manager since April 2019.

Mr Swann, has a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate Management, a course accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and has previously worked for SDL Bigwood and Bournemouth Churches Housing Association.

Joe Jobson, joint managing director at Principle, explained that Mr Swann would now be working closely with him as the company continues to build its management portfolio in the south and London.

Mr Jobson said: “Jack’s got an impressive background in the property sector and has achieved some great things in his previous roles.

“Having worked with him back at SDL Bigwood more than five years ago I know from experience what he is capable of.

“I am really excited that he will now be joining us as our senior business development manager as we have a huge number of new units in the pipeline.

“We already have more than 11,500 units in management at around 300 developments across the UK, and we are now expecting a further 2,500 units due to go live in 2024.”

Mr Swann, aged 37, was brought up and educated in Christchurch, Dorset before going to university in Reading.

Outside of work he has a passion for sports, particularly football, having played at county level and semi professionally, and he is now a keen long-distance runner.

Mr Swann said: “I’ve been watching the growth and development of Principle Estate Management for several years and they have developed a strong reputation for quality customer service that has really caught the sector’s attention.

“Having worked previously with Joe, I was keen to find out more about the company and how I could potentially get involved, and I was delighted when this opportunity came up.

“I’m excited to get started and focused on Principle’s continuing expansion in the south and London, where I’m confident I can help with the company’s continued growth.”
