We have extensive experience in managing areas of public open space including estate roads, play areas, external lighting, drainage systems, woodlands and open spaces. We take full responsibility for these areas, maintaining them to our own high standards for residents to enjoy.

BESPOKE MANAGEMENT

We produce site-specific plans to inform our management strategies and routine maintenance schedules. Our experienced team will base this on the needs of the site, client and residents, and review this regularly to ensure it is fit for purpose.

 

PLAY AREAS

We are experienced in managing a range of different play areas including LAP, LEAP, NEAP and MUGAs, all inspected by RoSPA. We also have experience of managing sports pitches, changing facilities and club houses.

BUILD COMMUNITIES

We understand our role in placemaking and our management philosophy is based on having a positive impact on our communities. We work hard with clients and residents to create cohesive and sustainable communities for people to live, work, and visit.

 

EXTERNAL LIGHTING

We can manage all types of external lighting schemes that may fall on retained land or public open spaces.

SUSTAINABLE DRAINAGE

Sustainable Drainage Systems make up a critical part of the infrastructure of new housing developments. We work alongside developers to create SuDS management plans that align to natural water processes and enhance a development’s landscape and biodiversity.

 

BIODIVERSITY

The estate areas and public open spaces that we look after are so important for the environment. Working alongside specialist contractors, we strive to support landscapes, wildlife and habitats that may have been affected by construction and monitor our developments for opportunities to encourage biodiversity.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

We establish effective routine maintenance schedules to ensure the spaces under our management are looked after properly. These are tailored to individual sites and can include grass cutting, weeding, pruning, litter picking and other routine works.
