MD Brett Williams to judge Property Management 50

Principle Estate Management’s founder and managing director Brett Williams has been invited to be one of the judges in the Property Management 50 Awards for 2020.

The annual awards scheme recognises the top 50 property management professionals in the industry.

He will sit (virtually) alongside other leading property management figures including Jonathan Channing, director of JC Property Consultancy, Beth Lancaster, senior property manager at FirstPort, Matthew Lewis, partner and head of residential leasehold property at Coles Miller Solicitors LLP, and Colin Stokes, managing director of Adiuvo.

This year, the awards are brought to you by Be Original, Property Management Recruitment and Flat Living. Their teams have come together and nominated the people that stand out to them – this list will be joined by the industry’s nominations before being passed to this year’s judges who are five of last year’s winners.

Nominations are open from the 1 May to the 26 June and the 50 winners will be announced on the 17 July 2020.
